WeatherWin collects minimal data to provide weather forecasts and relevant deals:

• Device ID: A random anonymous identifier generated on your device. We do not collect your name, email, or any personal account information.
• Location: Your approximate location (city-level) to show relevant weather and local deals. You can deny GPS access — the app works without it.
• App usage: Which vouchers you view and redeem, to improve offer relevance.
• Device info: Platform (iOS/Android), language setting, for app compatibility.

2. How We Use It

• Showing weather forecasts for your location
• Selecting relevant deals and vouchers based on weather conditions
• Improving our offer recommendation engine
• Sending push notifications (with your permission) for weather alerts and expiring deals

3. What We Don't Do

• We do NOT sell your data to third parties
• We do NOT serve targeted ads from ad networks
• We do NOT track you across other apps or websites
• We do NOT store your precise GPS coordinates long-term

4. Third-Party Services

We use affiliate networks (such as Skimlinks and Sovrn) to provide merchant deals. When you tap "Use Now" on a voucher, you are redirected to the merchant's website through an affiliate tracking link. The affiliate network may set a cookie on the merchant's site to track the referral. This is standard for all affiliate-powered content.

5. Data Retention

• Location history: 30 days
• Offer impressions: 90 days
• Vouchers and transactions: kept for business records
• Attribution data: 72 hours (for referral matching only)

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of all data associated with your device at any time. Contact us at privacy@weatherwin.com. Under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.
